Peter Oluwafẹmi Ayọade

Founder of iUniversol Enterprises
Creator of the 9 Pillars. Architect of PATH52. Student of the Way.

I started in cardiopulmonary rehab—real people recovering from heart and lung failure, not case studies. In that room I watched movement—applied with structure—quiet blood pressure, restore breath, and rebuild confidence.

As I coached, I confronted a truth: I hadn’t defined health for myself. When I finally did, the answer cut clean—health means whole. Then came the mirror. I was strong in places and fractured in others. I didn’t need more information; I needed architecture.

I built it for myself first.

  • The Nine Pillars to name the parts of wholeness—Physical, Mental, Emotional, Environmental, Vocational, Financial, Recreational, Spiritual, Relational—so I could see where I was leaking energy and take one decisive action at a time.

  • PATH52 to give my year a backbone—four phases (Foundation, Strength, Expansion, Expression), 12-week macrocycles, deliberate deloads, lab-guided nutrition and recovery—so discipline wasn’t a mood; it was a map.

Once the framework held under my real life—work, fatigue, ambition—I offered it to clients. The result is iUniversol Health: not a collection of workouts, but integrated health architecture. Built in the fire of my own need, refined in the service of others.

Build more than just muscles. Build a life that holds.
